Important Info for Silent Auction Volunteers :

· Use forms on link: www.floridafolkmusic.org/barberville

· Mention during promotions-Master Card & Visa are accepted

· Use contact form to help with names, dates, results

· Request all certificates/vouchers to be dated for expiration as of 11/08/10 or later as auction not until Nov of 2009

· Follow-up meetings always available @1^st Sat. Jam 12:15

· Settlement Director’s name: Ross Lishen

· If donation is extra large, take picture, get estimated value, and use donation form to tape picture & address of item for pickup

· Record certificate donations on donation paste form if possible

· Fill out Large Bidding Form for donation over $25.

· Fill out ½ of Large Bidding Form for donation under @25.cut off other side

· Remember to put estimated value, and full description of item

· Do Not put Item # at top. That will need to be done later.

· Notify us if item is too large to carry home.

· Large items can be brought to settlement for storage, or we can store at our place – not a problem
