Dear________________,
As director of , I couldn't help thinking of
your organization as a supporter of a silent auction that will benefit the
Barberville Pioneer Settlement for the Arts. You are probably familiar
with the Settlement located near the intersection of SR40 and SR17 in
Barberville, but here's a link to their website in case you're not familiar
with it:

The Settlement's Fall Jamboree which last year brought in over 6,000 people for
the two days, will be held November 7th & 8th of 2009. (A
button on the above website provides additional information.) We need
items for the silent auction that will be held during the Jamboree and will
benefit the Settlement's work toward providing a permanent facility for working
artists and craftspersons and preserving
